I called several local companies until I found Boss Tree Experts. Stacy at Boss Tree Experts answered the phone which is amazing in itself these days. Several other companies only had options to leave messages. Most did not even return my calls and others returned my calls several days later. Stacy and D came out the same afternoon and discussed my situation which involved a few trees, some of which where precariously overhanging the roof of my home.
I truly enjoyed the way I was educated on the tree adjustment procedures. I did not just get a "yes, we can do that" answer, but they instead explained to me the exact needs to be done and the reasons for doing them. This truly gave me a very comfortable feeling about Boss Tree Experts.
I received a very pleasing quote and decided to move forward with their services. The crew came out the following day with all needed equipment.
The entire crew was extremely courteous, the job was done efficiently, the cleanup was done completely (in fact my property was cleaner after their visit than before).
I am beyond satisfied with the cost estimate, the work performed, and the professionalism and courtesy of the entire crew. If I could leave 6 stars I would.

I DEFINITELY chose the right tree service to take out a tree in front of my house and prune up another tree in the front as well as remove a limb from a tree in the back all in one day. I was so impressed with the customer service (which was above and beyond) of all of the crew that I had them come again for another tree in the back. I can't say enough good things about the expert work that was accomplished, the calls from Stacy to keep me updated on their arrival time, the outstanding clean up, their concern about my safety while watching and their pricing for both jobs. Customer service was truly outstanding.

We have been searching for a tree removal company for a while now. We came across these folks and they were AWESOME!!! They were very friendly and very through in their job. We had some pine trees very close to our house and were worried of how they would take them down. They could not have placed the falling of these trees ANY BETTER!! THEY WERE FABULOUS!!
